The game is now in v1.5, which is a development version.
v1.5.1 video can be seen below.
After that, I've changed the splash screen substantially, to improve readability.The general gaming experience is improved by loading game assets when starting the game, rather than launching the application. This makes loading assets faster in two shots, instead of a long one: one for splashscreen background image & music; and one for game background image & music and sprites, and other soundfx.
